What we don’t do

• No tracking pixels or click tracking in our emails.
• No third-party analytics, advertising or social-media scripts on this website.
• No cookies on the public site except a strictly necessary security cookie that protects forms.
• We never sell, rent or share your data.

Your rights

From the link at the bottom of every email you can update your details, download everything we hold about you, unsubscribe, or permanently delete your data. You can also write to us and we will help.

Security

Subscriber data is stored on our own server, travels over encrypted connections, and is accessible only to our editorial team.
